Is CiviVIP part of CiviCRM?

No, CiviVIP is not affiliated with CiviCRM as a legal entity.

We are supporters and contributors to the CiviCRM community though!

Is CiviVIP strictly support?

No way. CiviVIP has a super talented team of designers, developers, and support people.  We are in the business of making your dreams come true! We can customize your site or CiviCRM for you outside of your ongoing support plan with us.

How does CiviVIP support work?

CiviVIP is an “invitation only” support plan. Once you’ve received an invitation you’ll be paired with an account representative for your organization.  This representative will assess your organizations needs and create a support plan tailored to your needs. You will be able to reach out to your dedicated account representative any time you have a question.

Do CiviVIP plugins have a refund policy?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t want you to pay for something you don’t find useful.

Contact us any time in the first 14 days of downloading the plugin to request a refund and we’ll serve it right up!

What support is included in your plugin?

As you might guess, $89 doesn’t go far when it comes to dedicated support. We do allow you to post questions from the Contact link on our support page, though, and we’ll do our best to respond to any support issues you have.  For dedicated support, consider our VIP support plans.

Why are CiviVIP plugins paid?

At CiviVIP our focus is on high quality, sustainable solutions. By charging a small fee for our plugins we can ensure support and updates for the plugins long term.
